Qualification
Required
Car rental industry experience is required
3+ years of car rental industry experience
2+ years of leadership experience
Experience managing direct customer contact, employee relations, budgets, and P&L in a high-volume operation
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven, team-oriented leadership style with a track record of success
Ability to attract, coach, and develop talent
Working knowledge of sales and performance reporting systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and work-related experience
