Responsibilities

Preparing project management reports and meeting minutes
Organizing all project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), quotes, purchase orders, contracts, budgets, and schedules
Supporting the Facilities Project Manager in developing and maintaining standard facility project management procedures
Proactively managing project-related issues
Ensuring client requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Demonstrating proficiency in project management technology
Coordinating meetings and transcribing punch lists
Working with architects on plans and drawings
Tracking invoices and coordinating vendors
Assisting in drafting RFPs, updating schedules and budgets, and producing high-quality monthly reports

Required

Bachelor's degree or at least three years of experience in facilities or construction
Strong verbal and technical writing skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Strong interpersonal abilities for interacting with executive-level clients
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
Ability to handle multi-tasking
Ability to operate with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
Ability to see and read computer screens and engineering drawings
Ability to participate in conversations and hear safety warnings on the production floor
Ability to sit for long periods, stand for discussions on the production floor, and lift or carry equipment and tools up to 30 lbs (14 kgs)
Ability to squat or kneel to retrieve items
Ability to travel independently at short notice

Preferred

A degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
