Responsibilities
Lead the development, management, and maintenance of project schedules for multiple large-scale construction projects across various locations
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather scheduling input and ensure accuracy and alignment with project milestones
Perform critical path analyses, identify schedule risks, and provide mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to reflect changes in scope, sequencing, and resource availability
Utilize Primavera P6 to create and manage detailed construction schedules
Provide training and mentorship to project teams on scheduling best practices and procedures
Prepare and present schedule progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication of project timelines and potential delays
Be a part of a High-performing scheduling department
Qualification
Required
5+ years of dedicated construction scheduling experience, including experience leading project schedules
Proven experience supporting large-scale, ground-up construction projects valued at $500M+
General Contractor–side experience is required (candidates with exclusively Owner's Representative experience will not be considered)
Demonstrated employment stability, with a consistent work history and limited job changes
Ability to work full-time on site; this role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Please do not apply if you are seeking flexible or remote arrangements
Willing to be in one of the listed locations: Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Arizona, and Missouri
Preferred
Data Center or Mission-Critical project experience preferred, but not mandatory
