They are seeking a Creative Strategist / Creative Testing Manager to oversee and execute creative advertising assets across various campaigns, ensuring a constant flow of high-performing creative to drive case growth.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a structured creative framework across Meta, YouTube, CTV, email, and other channels, driving systematic testing, iteration, and performance optimization
Design and edit advertising assets, including static graphics, motion graphics, and creative variations
Analyze performance data (CTR, CPA, conversion rates) to identify top-performing creative and scale effectively
Collaborate with Paid Media and cross-functional teams to align creative with KPI targets
Foster a “creative lab” culture where test → learn → optimize became the default process
Qualification
Required
2-3 years in direct response creative strategy or performance marketing design
Proficiency in design/editing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva Pro, etc.)
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Comfort working with performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-heavy environment
