Responsibilities

We are seeking a Field Service Technician with hands-on printer repair experience to support field dispatch operations across the Dallas, TX area
The technician will travel to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain printers while managing assigned service tickets
This role requires flexibility for after-hours support, on-call rotation, and varying daily travel based on workload
