Responsibilities

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments
Provides accurate inspection and counting of all products received in the warehouse
Utilizes operating systems affiliated with RK DC operations such as ATK, Latitude, etc
Moves product via powered industrial equipment to and from location when receipt is complete and processed
Understand and follow vendor compliance processes
Communicate with drivers after trailers are unloaded
Rework problem freight
Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly and monthly
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
May be required to cross train and perform other duties
Qualification
Required
Ensure timely and accurate receipts of all products that are received into the distribution center
Responsible for all BOL documentation and itemized shipping documentation

Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Must be able to lift 65 pounds at times
Must be able to access and navigate all facilities
Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices)
Must be able to see at close and far distances
Must be able to lift, bend, carry, and push repetitively
Preferred
Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
