Responsibilities
Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases
Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting discovery; and appearing in court
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide strategic input
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
2-5 years of litigation experience
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new practice areas
Preferred
Labor and employment experience is a plus but not required
