Director of Marketing & Strategic Growth
Confidential company is seeking a Director of Marketing & Strategic Growth to drive revenue growth and market expansion across various operations. The role involves leading demand generation, brand positioning, and strategic initiatives to enhance inbound volume and build insurance-driven referrals.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue targets across mitigation, restoration, construction, and home services
Identify and launch new markets, territories, and service offerings to support organic and acquisitive growth
Partner with leadership on long-term strategic planning, market trends, M&A integration, and brand scaling
Own all lead-generation strategies including local SEO, PPC, LSA, referral programs, reputation management, and emergency-response marketing
Drive consistent inbound volume for both insurance-based and direct-to-consumer jobs
Optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion speed and win rate, particularly for time-sensitive loss events
Partner closely with sales and operations to support pipeline growth, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and ROI metrics to measure marketing and growth effectiveness
Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies based on data, insights, and performance analysis
Work with Sales and Business Development to build and scale referral ecosystems with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, plumbers, HVAC providers, and commercial partners
Develop marketing and enablement programs that support business development and sales teams
Ensure brand credibility and trust within insurance carrier and third-party administrator (TPA) networks
Own brand positioning across all service lines, ensuring trust, urgency, and professionalism
Oversee online reputation management, reviews, testimonials, and local brand presence
Ensure consistent messaging across trucks, uniforms, facilities, digital platforms, and field communications
Establish KPIs tied to call volume, job value, CAC, referral source performance, close rates, and lifetime value
Use data to allocate spend by market, service line, and seasonality
Build dashboards and reporting for executive leadership and field operators
Manage agency partners, media vendors, and technology platforms
Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and field leadership to align marketing with capacity, response time, and profitability
Own the marketing and growth budget with a focus on ROI, scalability, and margin impact
Evaluate and implement tools including CRM, call tracking, marketing automation, and attribution platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
8–12+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or commercial leadership
Proven success in construction, home services, restoration, or insurance-adjacent industries
Strong understanding of local market marketing, emergency services demand, and referral-based growth
Experience managing multi-location or multi-brand marketing efforts
Preferred
Experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation or construction
Familiarity with insurance carriers, TPAs, and claims-driven workflows
