Aqua Finance, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager responsible for driving projects to completion and ensuring compliance with the Technical PMO methodology. The role involves defining project scope, managing deliverables, and facilitating communication across teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables (that support overall project objectives working with Product Managers and/or Enterprise Project Managers

Accountable for delivering complex projects according to PMO standards to achieve the strategic objectives of the project

Structure tasks according to predefined sprints within the current JIRA framework

Monitor progress, address challenges quickly, and notify Product Managers or the Enterprise Project Manager of any plan deviations

Manage project communication and provide weekly updates to a cross functional team on sprint and project progress

Manage, facilitate, and maintain CRID (Change Requests, Risks, Issues, Decisions) Log and report weekly

Partner with associated development or technical teams to resolve issues and conflicts within the team

Directing the team to achieve a common goal by establishing a shared vision
