Responsibilities

Provide Financial Payroll support to customers by serving as the liaison with departmental payroll, and/or human resources
Responsible for departmental payroll functions, including overseeing monthly and bi-weekly payroll, hiring and termination of employees, providing work authorization certification, and submitting supplemental pay requests
Coordinate routine personnel activities, maintenance of personnel files, and approve leave requests
Serve as the point of contact to Engineering Faculty Services, Human Resources and Payroll

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and two years of related experience required for Business Coordinator I
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and three years of related experience required for Business Coordinator II
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and four years of related experience required for Business Coordinator III

Preferred

Experience in FAMIS/ CANOPY, and TWAPMTS
Experience with Workday, AggieBuy, and Concur
