Responsibilities
Partner with Life Sciences stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL to support business insights and decision-making
Support analytics initiatives, including advanced analytics and GenAI-driven use cases
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, data engineering, and business teams
Deliver high-quality consulting outputs while working in an onsite, client-facing environment
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or a related role within the Life Sciences industry
Proven hands-on expertise in SQL for data extraction, validation, and analytical processing
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, executive-ready presentations and data-driven narratives
Working knowledge or exposure to advanced analytics and GenAI-driven use cases
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively, both independently and within a collaborative consulting team environment
