Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life safety, and control systems
Monitor critical equipment and building systems to ensure operational efficiency
Comply with all codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations
Maintain and support an energy management program to optimize system efficiency
Assist with and execute preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifecycle
Perform emergency repairs and respond to operational issues as needed
Follow policies for safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials
Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing systems to ensure performance within design standards
Apply in-depth technical knowledge to resolve complex maintenance issues
Coach team members and share technical expertise across disciplines
Model professional behaviors aligned with organizational values and service standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance
Strong hands-on experience with HVAC and plumbing systems
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to monitor and maintain critical building equipment
Preferred
HVAC certification and/or EPA 608 License
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using work order and CMMS systems
