Responsibilities
Act as liaison between Anti-Financial Crimes Compliance, Operations, Technology, and vendor teams to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines
Validate integration requirements against existing AML/KYC processes and identify gaps
Support mapping of client data fields to vendor systems and coordinate UAT
Track integration risks, escalate issues, and maintain resolution logs
Work with business units to refine onboarding workflows and ensure they are accurately represented in Appian
Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to capture evolving requirements
Collaborate with Appian developers to clarify business logic and validate configurations
Assist in functional testing and ensure workflows meet business needs
Prepare training materials and support user adoption for new features
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in project management and business analysis within financial services
Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance and vendor integration projects
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Appian preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
