The role involves providing administrative and operational support for national security programs, research initiatives, and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative and clerical support
Perform data entry and basic record management
Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing materials
Draft and format routine correspondence
Track tasks and project documentation
Provide customer service and reception support
Support meetings, workshops, and special events
Maintain confidentiality and comply with university policies
Perform other assigned duties

Required

Must be enrolled at ECU and eligible for Federal Work-Study

Provide general administrative and clerical support
