Responsibilities
Owning and growing an established portfolio of client accounts
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer needs, issues, and requests
Running business reviews, forecasting, pricing, and variance resolution
Managing customer activity and pipeline through CRM
Coordinating internally to resolve delivery, quality, pricing, and account escalations
Reporting account performance + market outlook to commercial leadership
Supporting territory growth strategy and profitable sales expansion
Qualification
Required
5+ years of related account management / customer-facing experience
Strong communication + relationship-building skills
Comfort handling pricing conversations, account reviews, and internal coordination
Experience using Microsoft 365
Preferred
College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Business process improvement experience is a plus
Benefits
Bonus: 20% quarterly + 5% year-end (plus new account bonus)
Car Allowance: $600/month (on top of base + bonus)
Travel: approx. 70%
