VARITE INC is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead the implementation and management of Varicent ICM architecture. The role involves overseeing integrations with various systems, leading a team of developers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Define and implement Varicent ICM architecture aligned with business requirements
Design complex compensation models| workflows| and calculation logic within Varicent
Lead a team of Varicent developers and administrators
Provide guidance on best practices| performance optimization| and troubleshooting
Manage integrations between Varicent and CRM| ERP| HR systems (e.g.| Salesforce| SAP| Workday)
Ensure data accuracy| integrity| and timely processing for incentive calculations
Configure Varicent modules| roles| and security settings
Monitor system performance and apply patches upgrades as needed
Develop dashboards and reports for incentive payouts| performance metrics| and compliance
Provide insights to improve compensation strategies and reduce errors
Work closely with Sales| Finance| HR| and IT teams to align Varicent solutions with business goals
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Ensure adherence to SOX| GDPR| and other regulatory requirements
Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposes
Qualification
