Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium and Python
Develop and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to support modern software delivery practices
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and QA partners to ensure quality at scale
Create and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and processes
Support testing efforts within a Microsoft/.NET-based application environment
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in test automation framework development
Proficiency with Selenium, Python, and automated testing best practices
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into delivery workflows
Experience with performance testing, including JMeter
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Comfort working in .NET / Microsoft technology environments (highly preferred)
