Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (required)
3+ years in commercial lending or business banking
Strong credit analysis skills; formal credit training a big plus
Clear, persuasive, and professional in writing and in person
Comfortable presenting to referral partners and prospects
You don't wait to be told what to do—you make things happen
Based in or near Philadelphia or Southern NJ, with the ability to travel frequently
Preferred
Previous SBA 504 or 7(a) experience preferred
