Responsibilities
Handle employment-based immigration matters from intake through filing and approval
Draft and manage PERM labor certifications, immigrant visa petitions, and nonimmigrant petitions including H1B, L1, and E visas
Conduct legal research and prepare filings for government agencies
Communicate directly with corporate clients and individual stakeholders
Track deadlines and ensure accurate, timely submissions
Review and oversee work prepared by legal assistants
Maintain organized digital and physical case files
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor required
Approximately 1 year of business or employment-based immigration experience
Strong legal writing, organization, and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
PA bar license preferred but not required for federal immigration practice
