This part-time Office Manager role involves overall organization and care of the office, bookkeeping, payroll, and general office duties.

Responsibilities

Overall organization and care of office for 3 closely related companies
QuickBooks Pro Desktop
Bookkeeping with expense recording, Accounts Payable
Accounts receivable including invoicing
Payroll, payroll liabilities, quarterly reports, tax forms
Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and transactions
Purchase orders and request for quotes
Order fulfilment: take simple orders, shipping, post office runs
Answer phones
Office duties and secretarial work
Document control and release within FAA and clients

Qualification

Required

6 months of office experience
Associates degree
Good communicator
Get direction and work with minimal supervision, a self-motivator
Effective working knowledge of QuickBooks, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Word, Access, Excel, Outlook
Independent learner; able to do research to learn how to use new software tools
Have a good sense of humor about work, life, and interactions
This employer will perform a background check

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business field
Driver's license to perform duties related to role
Knowledge of Wordpress, and Woocomerce a plus
