The role involves assisting with unloading, maintaining animal health, humane slaughter, processing carcasses, packaging meat products, and cleaning equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities
Assist with unloading and labeling of all trailered animals
Maintain the health and safety of the animals while penned
Assist in the humane slaughter of all animals
Processing carcasses and hides
Packaging meat products
Cleaning the slaughter and processing equipment, safety items, the facility
Other duties on assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs
Work in a hot, humid environment with strong odors
