Responsibilities
Work closely with your Retail Branch and other colleagues to follow-up on customer referrals for the purchase of a home or home equity loan
Meet with customers regarding their loan applications
Take loan applications
Recommend the appropriate lending product
Ensure the accurate and complete submission of loan application packages for underwriting
Enhance the customer experience and maximize the customer relationship
Qualification
Required
Experience with application origination of mortgage, home equity, or consumer loans
Strong customer service, sales, and relationship building skills
Well-developed communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of conventional secondary market guidelines
Knowledge and understanding of TRID and working experience with the integrated Loan Estimate Disclosure(LE)
Experience with Encompass LOS
A.S degree in Business or related field
