Product Manager II (Remote USA - EST)

Responsibilities
Able to independently support GTM strategy by communicating customer value propositions, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders
Is proficient in answering questions from sales and customers regarding feature function, pricing, packaging, value proposition and competitive position
Is skilled in participating in market & product messaging of desired outcomes
Able to advance prototypes or MVPs based on a deep understanding of their feature area
Is proficient in the company's SDLC processes, including agile and lean methodologies
Able to capture customer goals and needs using different frameworks and techniques and can prioritize those needs for the organization
Can interpret events in the market to actional intelligence for features and enhancements
Have a good understanding of how the role impacts customer satisfaction
Able to draw on knowledge of the company technology stack at a high level for the broader product area
Able to use or extend the company's platforms and underlying technologies to create new product features
Able to speak knowledgably with tech and data counterparts about development approaches in consideration
Learns about new technologies to support development efforts
Capable of firmly grasping data and technical architecture principles and best practices
Is able to ask effective questions and collect facts from multiple sources in order to solve problems
Is able to effectively identify and analyze problems and propose solutions

Qualification
Required
Minimum Years of Product Management Experience: 4-6 years
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
Strong understanding of software development methodologies like Agile Scrum, Kanban and writing user stories
US Citizenship is a requirement for this particular role
Physical and/or logical access to criminal justice information is an essential function of this role. The successful candidate will be required to pass an enhanced criminal background check conducted by the Company's state and local law enforcement partners conducted in compliance with the FBI's Criminal Justice Information System (“CJIS”) security policy
Employees in this role may also be subject to ongoing criminal background checks as required by the Company's state and local law enforcement partners
Candidates and/or employees who are not certified by state and local law enforcement to access criminal justice information will not be able to perform the essential functions of this role
Preferred
Experience in Government or Law Enforcement industries and/or public records is a plus
Familiarity with our Law Enforcement products (Accurint and Accurint TraX) is a plus
Education to Qualify: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential
