Establishing the overall application look and feel
Designing, communicating, and executing all user interface screens for each business requirement
Directing the overall user experience for interacting with the delivered product
Working closely with the Business Analyst and Technical Lead in the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements
Qualification
Required
UI/UX experience - 3-5+ years
Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent)
Experience with design systems and reusable components
Experience leading user workshops and facilitating sessions
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices (ADA)
Experience with quantitative results-driven design techniques such as a/b testing
Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
Experience with information architecture
Working knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)
Working knowledge of Java/.net desired but not required
