Lead Sales Support Specialist (Onsite)
Voltage, LLC is looking for a Lead Sales Support Specialist to support their fast-growing Sales organization. In this role, you will manage workflows, support customer requests, and ensure smooth order execution while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and prepare quotes
Support sales reps with high-traffic accounts and assist with quoting during travel periods
Track sales bookings and coordinate order fulfillment with inventory and shipping
Define, document, and optimize standardized sales processes
Generate and analyze sales reports and assist with forecasting
Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Stay up-to-date on product catalogs and communicate updates internally
Partner with Marketing, Finance, R&D, and Project Management to support seamless operations
Assist with pricing updates, meeting notes, pre-qualification applications, and sales-related documents
Help ensure customers receive timely inventory, service, and lead-time updates
Support onboarding and training for new sales team members
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales support, sales operations, or similar roles
CRM proficiency and experience with sales reporting tools
Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
Proactive problem-solver with process-optimization mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
