Responsibilities
Manage enterprise-level BI, data warehouse, and software development projects
Lead project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
Build and manage effective project teams; assign tasks and track progress
Maintain all required project artifacts (charters, plans, deliverables, documentation)
Conduct feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, and solution evaluations
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
Facilitate communication with stakeholders, leadership, PMs, and technical teams
Ensure adherence to SDLC, project management standards, and documentation requirements
Coordinate with multiple State teams and technical units as needed
Participate in on-call rotation and potential weekend maintenance work
Provide project status, performance measures, and reporting to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Must reside in Wisconsin
PMP (or equivalent) certification required at time of submission
12+ years project management experience
Proven experience leading large BI/data warehouse and application development projects
Strong experience with SDLC, change management, and technical documentation
Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and drive complex projects
Must be available during CST business hours (9am–3pm core hours)
Must provide personal equipment per technical specifications (Windows/Mac + Horizon Client)
Must pass background check and comply with all security/training requirements
