Responsibilities

Prepare FAR 12 and FAR 15 TINA-compliant proposals for U.S. Government agencies, prime contractors, and non-U.S. government customers
Sign 1411 coversheets for FAR 15 proposals, including final certifications
Support DCAA/DCMA audits and respond to audit and fact-finding requests from prime contractors and government agencies
Contribute to business case development, competitive assessments, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategies
Drive top-line and bottom-line growth through balanced financial analysis focused on profitability optimization and customer value creation
Provide pricing recommendations for transactional spares and repairs
Support customer business teams during negotiations
Build and maintain strong working relationships across functional teams
Drive organizational excellence through productivity improvements, margin expansion, consistent methodologies, and skill development
Implement continuous improvement initiatives using tools, training, and best practices

Required

2.5+ years of direct government/defense experience OR 5+ years of related experience in pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis
Strong knowledge of government rules and regulations, including FAR compliance
Experience in cost accounting, pricing, or marketing within a government/defense environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including presentation abilities
U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizenship)
Ability to travel up to 10%
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and/or SAP

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency with data analysis and pricing tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
Experience building and using financial models to evaluate pricing and investment options
Ability to align pricing strategies with broader product and marketing initiatives
Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience applying Six Sigma tools to improve processes and resolve issues
