Responsibilities
Identify and capture new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue and design win targets
Partner with customers to match innovative wireless solutions to their needs
Deliver impactful presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer success from first call to long-term relationship
Travel up to 25–50% to meet customers, with occasional international opportunities
Qualification
Required
Proven success in technology sales (5+ years in semiconductor, electronics, or related industry)
A natural hunter mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong technical aptitude – you can learn and speak to complex products with confidence
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Travel up to 25–50% to meet customers, with occasional international opportunities
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
