The role involves supporting electrical infrastructure across the Boydton campus and ensuring compliance with safety standards while maintaining high availability operations.

Responsibilities
Support electrical infrastructures throughout the data center campus, including large-capacity facilities and smaller sites
Perform shutdowns of Remote Power Panels (RPP) and Power Distribution Units (PDU) for maintenance and upgrades
Conduct Power Interruption Testing (PIT) and manage critical load supply during maintenance activities
Assist with building management systems (EPMS) and support master controller shutdowns or replacements
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and support high availability operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with electrical systems in high-availability environments such as data centers, hospitals, or manufacturing facilities
All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification
Fundamental understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Experience with building management systems (EPMS) and electrical infrastructure support
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
