Responsibilities

Actively greets and engages with visitors, patients, employees and contractors
Provides temporary ID Badges to Contractors, Vendors, visitors, and employees after they verify their visit
Provides appropriate participant and visitor information in a professional and tactful manner
Enforces the building policies, (e.g., No personal mobility devices.)
Notifies security of alarm activations. Notifies 4CODE for medical emergencies
Stocks etiquette stations with appropriate PPE daily
Keeps current with changes of office locations, services within the building
Maintains a visitor restriction file in conjunction with security department
Completes mandatory Occupational health requirements(Vaccines, Flu Shots)
Completes mandatory education and training
Consistently maintains departmental standards of excellence

Required

High School Diploma / GED - Required
Ability to work well within a team. (Required proficiency)

Particular sophistication in working with families, vendors and visitors under tremendous stress. (Required proficiency)
Good computer skills. (Required proficiency)
Ability to quickly learn new policies, procedures and processes. (Required proficiency)
Sensitivity to cultural diversity, differing needs and varying coping styles. (Required proficiency)
Proven ability to problem -solves and follows through with families in crisis. (Required proficiency)
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. (Required proficiency)

Preferred
