Responsibilities
Represent clients in litigation matters from pre-trial through trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and paralegals
Participate in case strategy discussions and client communications
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active Nevada State Bar admission
1+ years of litigation experience
Solid understanding of state and federal court procedures
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Preferred
Experience in medical malpractice and or general liability
