Responsibilities
Ensure bills are paid timely and accurately while adhering to departmental procedures
Process team member expense reports
Record auto payments deducted from our bank account
Pay building rent monthly
Prepare invoices, sales receipts, and related documentation
Reconcile purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
May pay property and income taxes
May split and bill shared expenses
Complete and submit credit applications to set up accounts with new vendors
Create profiles for new vendors
Communicate daily with the Parts department for all price/inventory corrections
Qualification
Required
A High School diploma or GED with (1) year accounts payable experience or (2) years administrative experience
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
Skilled at organizing work and shifting focus as priorities change
Strong Microsoft Office skills and strong computer skills
