Partnership Account Manager

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building strong, trusted relationships
Support partner onboarding, training, and integration of our products or services
Monitor partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and growth
Coordinate cross-functional support (sales, marketing, product) to address partner needs and drive mutual success
Develop and execute account plans for each partner to align with business goals
Track, analyze, and report on partnership KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership
Assist with partner marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and joint events
Resolve partner issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Maintain accurate and updated partner records in CRM and other tracking tools

Required

2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to evaluate success
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred

Experience in SaaS, fintech, or related industries preferred but not required
