Responsibilities
Work closely with Visa issuers (banks and fintechs) to help them understand opportunities specific to stablecoins and leads sales opportunities for Visa's crypto solutions and services
Help shape Go-To-Market strategy and execution for Visa Crypto solutions at a global level – with global clients and working closely with regional counterparts on go-to-market and client activities
Working internally and cross functionally on sales enablement and sales operations to streamline Visa's global sales efforts
Represent Visa at industry events and conferences and provide thought leadership externally and within Visa on the future of payments and implications of blockchain and stablecoin technology
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience required
High product acumen and solutions mindset
Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
Proven ability to form new partnerships and find new sales opportunities in white space, demonstrating commercial creativity and instincts alongside negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and thought leadership with subject matter expertise in stablecoins and blockchain technology
Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to lead by influence and example
Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
Experience 'managing up', building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
Ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties
Executive presence, Strong written and oral communication, including large-group presentations
Previous experience in an operating role at a startup or high growth company preferred
