Responsibilities
Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, impairments, and disposals in accordance with GAAP
Maintain accurate fixed asset records in the ERP system, including additions, disposals, depreciation schedules, and supporting documentation
Perform monthly reconciliations of the fixed asset subledger and assigned balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including accruals, journal entries, adjustments, and related analysis
Partner with Operations and Logistics teams to track and verify company-owned equipment (including HaaS and employee equipment) and support periodic physical inventories
Provide reporting and audit support, including property tax filings, sales/use tax and 1099 processing, and responding to audit/tax/parent company requests
Qualification
Required
