Responsibilities
Diving into the system to figure out 'the why' behind aging accounts
Partnering with project managers and other departments to get the info you need
You’ll only make about 4–5 collections calls a month—just enough to keep things moving
Once trained, you’ll own your desk. No one will be looking over your shoulder; they trust you to manage your workload
Qualification
Required
Proactive Accounts Receivable experience
Ability to investigate and resolve issues
Experience with ERP and accounting systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with internal teams
Light collections experience
Self-starter attitude
Highly organized
Confident communication skills
Growth-minded with leadership potential
