Salesforce Field Service Specialist
TECHOHANA is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant to support an exciting programme of work. The role involves leading the discovery and requirements-gathering process, designing scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions, and driving operational improvements across service and field teams.

Responsibilities
Lead the discovery and requirements-gathering process with business and technical stakeholders
Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solutions
Configure and optimise core FSL capabilities including:
Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories
Scheduling Policies, Service Resources, Dispatch Console
Mobile Workforce enablement (FSL Mobile App)
Support data modelling, automation, and integration requirements (Flows, Apex, APIs as needed)
Provide best-practice guidance on field service processes and Salesforce solution design
Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live improvements
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service (FSL) projects
Strong Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, security model, objects, automation)
Experience working with field service scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce requirements
Confident stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Understanding of integration concepts and ability to collaborate with integration teams
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant)
Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Omni-Channel
Previous consulting background (internal or external)
