Responsibilities
Ability to deploy Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems on Cisco Video Endpoints
Knowledge of deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms systems
Ability to add new MTR devices into Cisco Control Hub and Teams Admin Center
Familiarity with starting Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams meetings from MTR systems
Qualification
Required
Experienced AV/UC Support Engineer with expertise in Audio-Visual systems and beginner-level Unified Communications skills
Skilled in deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems on Cisco Video Endpoints
Configuring MTR devices in Cisco Control Hub and Teams Admin Center
Supporting multi-platform meetings including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
Adept at troubleshooting AV setups
Ensuring seamless conferencing experiences
Delivering IT AV support for large-scale events
Ability to deploy Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems on Cisco Video Endpoints
Knowledge of deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms systems
Ability to add new MTR devices into Cisco Control Hub and Teams Admin Center
