Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in solar, electrical, HVAC, roofing, or construction
Ability to lead complex service jobs from start to finish
Experience working across both electrical and solar systems
Willingness to receive advanced training in new technologies
Ability to operate within clear scopes, realistic schedules, and proper material planning
Experience mentoring junior technicians
