Work warm buyer & seller leads
Host open houses + door-knocking + sphere-based prospecting
Show homes, consult with clients, write offers
Follow our proven systems for follow-up & conversion
Present yourself with professionalism, confidence, and charm
Build your business with a team invested in your success
Generate and manage listings of real estate properties
Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Negotiate transactions and manage the documentation process
Stay up to date with real estate market trends, the local economy, and property laws
Qualification
Required
Missouri Real Estate License (or working toward it)
