Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical systems
Review project specifications and drawings
Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and ensure alignment
Develop clear, detailed, and competitive proposals and bid packages
Stay informed on material costs, labor rates, subcontractor pricing, etc
Utilize estimating software and excel effectively
Assist in refining estimating procedures and sharing best practices
Participate in bid reviews and post-bid evaluations with leadership
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Qualification
Required
Estimating experience in industrial or commercial HVAC required
Well-versed utilizing estimating software required
Monthly travel to Clinton, MD office required
