Responsibilities
Receive, open, and inspect incoming IT equipment and shipments
Tag, label, and record assets in asset management or inventory systems
Track asset details including serial numbers, model information, and assigned status
Prepare equipment for deployment, storage, or distribution as needed
Maintain organized storage areas and ensure assets are handled safely
Assist with asset audits, reconciliations, and inventory counts
Coordinate with IT teams to support asset deployment and return processes
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes
Basic computer skills and comfort working with inventory or tracking systems
Ability to lift and move equipment as required
Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite full-time
Preferred
Previous experience in IT asset management, inventory control, warehouse, or technical support
