Responsibilities

Represent public companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, boards, and senior executives in high-exposure matters involving SEC, DOJ, and state attorney-general investigations

Handle criminal and civil enforcement actions

Conduct internal and special-committee investigations

Manage securities fraud, accounting, and disclosure matters

Address whistleblower, False Claims Act, and compliance issues

Oversee parallel criminal, civil, and regulatory proceedings

Conduct cross-border and multi-jurisdictional investigations
