Client Partner
Modea is a strategic digital experience consultancy that partners with leading organizations in the healthcare sector. They are seeking an experienced Client Partner to drive business growth by building and nurturing long-term client relationships and expanding their footprint within existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities that align with Modea’s strategic goals and expertise. These relationships will be provided via identified SQLs from the marketing team or self-sourced through personal relationship building
Build relationships with prospective healthcare clients by providing valuable insights and finding opportunities for Modea to add value to their organization
Lead the sales cycle, from relationship building to proposal development and contract negotiation
Develop a deep understanding of prospective clients' business challenges and articulate a clear vision for how Modea can help them succeed
Represent Modea at industry events and build a strong professional network to generate new leads and partnership opportunities
Serve as the executive relationship manager for a portfolio of existing client accounts
Collaborate with Modea’s delivery teams (PM, Strategy, Design, etc.) to ensure we are delivering exceptional value and to surface new opportunities from ongoing engagements
Establish true strategic partnerships, gaining a deep understanding of the clients’ long-term vision, political landscape, and success metrics
Build senior and executive level relationships within these accounts, especially with digital and technology leaders
Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth by anticipating client needs and introducing new ideas and Modea service offerings
Collaborate with the COO and Director of Growth on lead generation, relationship building, and sales strategies
Serve as a member of the Modea Leadership Team to provide input on company strategy, build alignment, and collaborate with consulting delivery leadership
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in a client-facing, revenue-generating role within a digital agency, consultancy, or related professional services firm
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas by selling complex, multi-faceted digital services (e.g., strategy, experience design, software engineering, etc.)
Experience managing sales cycles of 12+ months with deal sizes in the six-to-seven-figure range
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
Comfortable and credible in leading strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders at large, complex organizations
Strong consultative skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and connect them to strategic digital solutions
A strong, foundational understanding of the principles of digital strategy, user experience design, and modern software development
Ability and willingness for significant travel as required to support sales processes, new business development, and to build and maintain relationships with key client accounts
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this position
Preferred
Direct experience working with clients in the healthcare sector (providers, payers, life sciences) is strongly preferred
An existing network of senior-level contacts within our target industries
Experience collaborating closely with delivery teams and contributing to the strategic direction of client projects
