Responsibilities
Develop and execute large scope, complex projects centered around managing inventory and anticipating disruptions
Ensure seamless availability of critical medical supplies
Lead projects and strategies surrounding inventory balancing and resolving critical supply/process disruptions
Develop strategic key performance indicators (KPIs)
Facilitate communication between supply chain, clinical, and operational teams
Champion proactive strategies that reduce risk and prevent stockouts
Optimize costs and build a resilient, sustainable supply chain aligned with patient-centered care goals
Empower staff and strengthen vendor partnerships
Enhance patient care readiness and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
4 years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, or healthcare logistics
