Responsibilities

Expertise in Oracle HCM and Finance ERP
Knowledge of ERP Finance and Oracle Cloud Finance
Familiarity with Redwood UI and multiple Oracle modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Fusion Analytics, HR Help Desk)
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and design solutions
Knowledge of change control processes and interaction with development teams (.NET and Java, ideally)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with training stakeholders on HCM modules
Experience with Jira
