Lead global sourcing for solar connectors, cables, inverters, solar panels, BESS products, production equipment, services, and logistics

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global procurement team

Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing structures, and delivery commitments across multiple regions

Establish and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and performance

Develop multi-sourcing strategies to minimize risk and enhance supply chain resilience

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and production teams to align sourcing decisions with technical and business requirements

Implement logistics optimization strategies to improve delivery reliability and cost efficiency
