Paid Media Manager, Social Commerce
Favored is a dynamic and innovative video commerce company that partners with platforms, brands, and creators to boost engagement, build communities, and drive sales through shoppable video across multiple platforms. They are seeking a strategic and hands-on paid media manager to drive customer acquisition and GMV growth through TikTok’s Paid Media ecosystem and other social commerce platforms.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize GMV Max, Live GMV Max, and TikTok Ads Manager campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
Manage and scale upper-funnel and performance campaigns to drive measurable GMV growth for clients
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop full-funnel paid media strategies across TikTok (and other platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and Google)
Provide actionable insights to brand partners and creators to improve ad performance, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency
Own campaign analysis, reporting, and optimization to ensure client KPIs (ROAS, ROI, CPM, CTR, conversion rate, GMV) are met
Stay up-to-date on TikTok Shop and social commerce trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively communicating results, insights, and opportunities
Partner with strategy, operations, and creative teams to test new ad formats, creative concepts, and targeting tactics
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience (agency or brand side), with TikTok Ads expertise strongly preferred
Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize GMV Max and Live GMV Max campaigns to achieve measurable revenue outcomes
Strong analytical and reporting skills with comfort working across attribution models, campaign dashboards, and performance data
Experience working in social commerce, D2C, or e-commerce environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for growth marketing
Must be local to either Los Angeles or New York City and able to work in a hybrid environment
Preferred
Experience running multi-platform paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) is a plus
