Health Care Customer Service Representative
TruHearing is a leading provider of premium hearing benefits focused on improving the lives of people with hearing loss. They are seeking a Health Care Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, assist with their inquiries and orders, and facilitate scheduling appointments with providers.

Responsibilities
Taking inbound customer service calls and provide specific health plan/partner details relating to the individual’s benefits, programs, and products available and facilitate scheduling appointments with providers
Helping members with finance assistance through our financing partners
Working with Providers (Audiologists) processing clinic referrals
Assisting customers with hearing aid supply orders
Taking and make Inbound/Outbound calls regarding appointments and/or customer inquiries
Attending weekly one on one coaching sessions to align with company initiatives, training opportunities and performance objectives
Completing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual trainings on compliance, department procedures and continued Insurance/Partner knowledge
Following up on interdepartmental issues, emails, and voicemails
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Some college
2+ years Customer Service experience
