Responsibilities
Request offshore resources and equipment through the Construction Project Manager
In cooperation with the CPM, plan and approve day-to-day offshore installation activities
Final approval authority for offshore installation execution
Authority to stop offshore activities where HSE, statutory, or project requirements are breached
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of documented experience in Offshore Wind and Offshore Operations Management
Experience working on large-scale offshore wind farm construction projects
5–8 years of documented leadership and people management experience
GWO: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
HUET
STCW 2010
OPITO or BOSIET with EBS (STASS, HEED, or EBS)
Valid medical certificate including Chester Step Test
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent HSE qualification
